It Started One Friday Night

On Friday we started.  Nine people showed up to help build, drink beer and show support.  We went through a couple of cases of beer, 2 pizzas and a bowl of "Chef Mark's" belly pleasing guacamole.

We ended up building a body buck to support the body while it is not on the frame.  We were also able to mark and remove all of the alluminum panels and start on the front suspension.  By the end of the night we made pretty good progress.

The upper and lower "A" arms were on, and the steering rack was mounted.  A good start for a first build night.

I will post some additional photos of the body buck later.

Thanks to Mark and his chef buddies, neighbor Dan and Danny, neighbor Steve, George and Ella for help and support.
